"I have been training with Ryan for just 2 months. In that time I have lost 10 pounds of fat and gained muscle that I had lost over the past few years of inactivity. Better yet I'm losing inches-have already dropped a size in pants and shirt and am wearing clothes that I had given up hope of getting back into. Ryan has been working with me not only on exercise but on changing my eating habits. I find Ryan's program to be just right...challenging but not so hard you want to quit. I especially like that the program is designed to work all muscle groups-Total Body Conditioning.
